- Exchanges can be made within 30 days of receipt of the purchase, except where otherwise notified by email to shop@andrea925.com, which is accepted and confirmed by the ANDREA925 S.R.L. company.
- In order to make the exchange, it is essential that the jewel is in the same condition in which it was sent, new and without signs of wear, in its original packaging, with an intact guarantee seal and sales receipt or courtesy slip.
- The exact change of model and size must be communicated because the free exchange will be possible only once per jewel.
- Customized jewelry with engravings cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Changes can be made either at the ANDREA925 sales point in Via Sforza Pallavicini 3, or by shipment.
- The direct shipment to the company ANDREA925 S.R.L. will be at the expense and care of the customer, while the shipment of the change made by the company ANDREA925 S.R.L to the customer, will be at the expense and care of the company ANDREA925 S.R.L.
- The shipment of the exchange carried out by ANDREA925 S.R.L. is free of charge only for Italy. For foreign countries the exchanges are at the expense of the customer for both the outward and return of the jewel, including charges and customs duties.
- Exchanges can be sent by the customer with a courier of their choice for the return of the jewel to ANDREA925.
For exchanges from abroad, it is possible to organize a return shipment with a courier of your choice or contact customer service at shop@andrea925.com and arrange the organization and payment of the shipment by ANDREA925.
